I never deliver canned or generic keynotes because leaders deserve more than another slideshow about buzzwords and imaginary synergy. After sitting through enough of those myself, I know how painful they can be.

I helped lead GE’s five year lean transformation under Larry Culp and built results at Danaher, Milliken, and KKR while coaching leaders from the executive floor to the factory floor.
