I led GE’s lean transformation for five years under Larry Culp.   I transformed Milliken's Sourcing practice with the same techniques.   I particpated in 13 years of continuously improving of Danaher's strategic sourcing for 15 different businesses.   I've coach hundreds of leaders from the executive floor to the factory floor.    No AI, just me and 30 years of hitting the numbers year after year, along with all the benchmarks, breakthroughs and bruises to share.    I deliver that with as much humor as the topic allows.
